Do you plan to carry ______ color/material? / Why do you have such a limited supply of colors?
All of the colors that we offer are available in our store, but we are always working on adding new products. If there’s a color or material you’d like to see, we’d like to hear about it. Please contact us to let us know!
While we are always working to expand our selection, our focus has been on keeping product in stock. Rather than spread ourselves thin and have a little bit of a lot of colors, we’ve made the effort to make sure that we have as much as possible of what we offer in stock. As time goes on, we will continue adding new colors, but it takes time.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you represent an educational institution, hackerspace, or other organization that uses a large quantity of plastic we would be happy to work out a bulk discount for you. Just email us with information about your organization, the volume of plastic you generally use, and the kinds of projects you’re doing and we will put something together for you.
Do you offer larger quantities than 1kg spools?
Not at the moment. We offered 30lb spools as a special order item for a time, but had to discontinue them due to problems with our supplier. We hope to bring back bulk packaging in the future.
How can I find out about your product releases?
The best way is to check back often. You can also sign up for our newsletter. Every so often we’ll send out announcements about new products, new content, and other resources we have available. We try to release a steady stream of interesting and useful blog content, as well as new product releases as often as possible.
Do you offer domestic flat-rate shipping?
We do not. Depending on location, most of our customers will find the rates we provide to be lower than flat-rate.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Our site now supports international orders. If you have any trouble, please let us know.

Do you moderate blog comments?
Comments from users that have not posted before are held for moderation to reduce spam. We also reserve the right to block or remove content that is offensive in nature, but do not moderate based on disagreement or dislike for the content. If you post a comment as a new user, or if your comment has links in it, please don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t appear right away, as it is just awaiting our approval.
