Shipping & Delivery

When will my package ship? - Overwhelmingly we are same or next day, however our official policy is 2 day shipping.

What if I want it to reach me fast? - We offer expedited shipping options such as next or second day, if you want to ship expedited please be aware of your chosen methods limitations ie. a Next Day AM order placed at 4:30 PM will not likely reach you the next morning.

But I REALLY need it NOW. - As a general rule, orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will have a more difficult time meeting expedited shipping needs. We understand many of our professional and academic customers have specific time-tables. If you need plastic by a certain date, please contact us before making your order and we will work with you to get you your order when you need it. We have a good relationship with our shipping couriers and can make drop-offs as late as 6:00 PM.

What about international shipping? - International (non-usa) orders may take a little extra time to ship because of customs forms, special packaging requirements etc. This may vary by country.

Returns & Replacements

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products, which must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.  Return shipping is at customer expense.  Refunds will be given for the purchase price of the merchandise only.  We can issue refunds as store credit, or can be credited to the account used to make the purchase, whichever the customer prefers.

We stand behind our products and our service and take defective products seriously.  Defective and out-of-tolerance products will be replaced or refunded.  We’ll do our best to make it up to you and make sure you come out ahead.

We are always working to reduce opportunity for errors in our order fulfillment processes, but sometimes they still happen.  Our response will vary from case to case, depending on the error, but please rest assured that we will take care of you.  We care about our customers and want you to have an excellent experience.


Please place orders through the e-commerce interface of this website when possible.  The processes we have for fulfilling orders made through the website help us to reduce errors and keep costs down.  If you are unable to complete an order through the website, you may contact us to see if an alternative order method can work.

Please contact us about order cancellations and adjustments.  If you realize you accidentally bought the wrong diameter of something, or made some other mistake, please notify us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.  If an order has already shipped, it may be subject to the terms of the Returns/Refunds section.  Please double check your order before confirming it.

Prices are as listed on this website and may fluctuate from time to time in correspondence with our costs.  Sales and promotions may change prices on a temporary basis.  We will never play games with pricing or sales and make every effort to comply with the Better Business Bureau Code of Advertising.

Payments must be completed before products are shipped.  Once payments have cleared, orders will ship as per Shipping & Delivery.
